The SWEET Project offers wide range of support and advice to adults in times of need.

We aim to strengthen emotional health, wellbeing and resilience by building confidence, self-esteem, coping mechanisms, reducing social isolation and connecting people with useful services in their community. We also offer transition support for young adults / school leavers and older people.
