In March SWEET were invited by The Open University to host and take part in a Social Work Apprenticeship focus group to help to develop good practice. Discussions centered on ensuring wider participation to support the recruitment of under-represented groups in the Social Work profession who may have previously been unable to enter the social work profession.
It was an opportunity to meet professionals from statutory and voluntary agencies and share information and experiences.
